Nicole H. Tran, MD, PhD

Nicole H. Tran, MD, PhD, is a physician/epidemiologist in the Department of Internal Medicine of the Kaiser Permanente Oakland Medical Center, Oakland, CA, USA.  She serves as the Director of Quality Improvement and Patient Safety, Internal Medicine, at the institution.  Her research includes a continuation of the extensive epidemiologic studies over many decades from the Permanente Study on the relation of alcohol consumption to many aspects of health and disease.
